AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1425, adopted December 9, 1965, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 286 (Wolff Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1425, adopted December 9,
1965, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 286 (Wolff Drive), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, an area described as follows:
A parcel of land now or formerly owned by Paul J. and Clara Depke
as recorded in Deed Book 5152, page 2 of the St. Louis County
Records;
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be con-
structed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1425 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 286
shall be as follows:
WOLFF DRIVE
Beginning at the southeast corner of property now or formerly
owned by Paul J. and Clara Depke as recorded in Deed Book 5152,
page 2 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the east line of said Depke property and its prolongation
northwardly to the centerline of Wolff Drive (30 feet wide);
thence westwardly along the centerline of said Wolff Drive to its
intersection with the southwestwardly prolongation of the
northwest line of property now or formerly owned by Joann Glore as
recorded in Deed Book 4812, page 398 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and
continuing along the northwest line of said Glore property to the
northernmost corner thereof, said northernmost corner also being
the westernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by
Francis B. and Frances A. McAllister as recorded in Deed Book
4814, page 285 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said McAllister
property to the northernmost corner thereof, said northernmost
corner also being the westernmost corner of property now or
formerly owned by Edward E. and Gladys I. Wuenscher, as recorded
in Deed Book 1971, page 568 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Wuenscher
property and the northeastwardly prolongation thereof to the
centerline of Wolff Drive (30 feet wide); thence southwardly along
the centerline of Wolff Drive to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the northern line of property now or formerly
owned by Hattie Zweifel as recorded in Deed Book 5412,

page 79 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along
said prolongation and along the northern line of said Zweifel
property to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along
the east line of said Zweifel property to the southernmost corner
thereof, said southernmost corner also being the southeast corner
of property now or formerly owned by Clarence H. and Isabella L.
Krah as recorded in Deed Book 2064, page 468 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said
Krah property to the southwest corner thereof, said southwest
corner also being the southeast corner of aforesaid Depke
property, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 21, 1966.
