AN ORDINANCE promulgating and adopting the attached
specifications as the Standard Construction Specifications for
Sewers and Drainage Facilities for The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
responsible for the regulation, supervision and approval of all
sewer and drainage construction within its boundaries, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that all sewers, sewage and
drainage facilities be constructed in accordance with uniform
requirements, and it is the purpose of this District to establish
the standard of materials and construction methods for the
construction of such sewers, sewage and drainage facilities within
the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The attached Standard Construction
Specifications for Sewers and Drainage Facilities of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby promulgated, and
adopted and shall be controlling as the minimum requirement of the
District for all such construction.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 21, 1966.
