AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No.
88 (Fountain Creek) to be used for the costs of constructing in
Section III thereof a paved storm water channel with inlets.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) to be used for the costs of
constructing in Section III of such Subdistrict a paved storm
water channel with inlets.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1966.
