AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Baxter Gardens
Inc. for landscaping and completing the site after landscaping of
the Coldwater Creek Sewage Treatment Plant of the Coldwater Creek
Trunk Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Baxter Gardens Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder in Contract Letting No. 2888, for landscaping
and completing the site after landscaping of the Coldwater Creek
Sewage Treatment Plant of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of April,
1966 and formally executed on the 3rd day of May, 1966 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1966.
