AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Three of Ordinance No.
1438, adopted January 13, 1966, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 202 (Lake Sherwood Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, certain land contiguous to the present area of
Subdistrict No. 202 (Lake Sherwood Subtrunk) is capable of being
efficiently served by the proposed subdistrict sewers and the
owner has requested that such land be included in said
Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1438, adopted January 13,
1966, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict No. 202 (Lake
Sherwood Subtrunk) as bounded in Section Three thereof, the area
described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being 750.78 feet west of
the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by
Volz Concrete Materials Company as recorded in Deed Book 553,
page 53 of the St. Louis County Records, said 750.78 feet
being measured along the north line of Page Boulevard; thence
northeastwardly along the arc of a circular curve to the
right having a radius of 2,387.50 feet, 999 feet more or less
to a point; thence south 41 degrees 11 minutes east, 330 feet
more or less to a point; thence south 11 degrees 31 minutes
east, 694.5 feet more or less to the north line of said Page

Boulevard; thence westwardly along the north line of said
Page Boulevard to the point of beginning.
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such
additional area is within the area capable of being efficiently
served by the proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such
Subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Three of said Ordinance No.
1438, as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Three. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 202
(Lake Sherwood Subtrunk) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot
94 of Lake View Hills Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 77 on
page 88 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along
the southern prolongation of the east line of said Lake View Hills
Subdivision 410.0 feet to a point; thence north 82 degrees 20
minutes west, 250 feet to a point; thence south 13 degrees 40 min-
utes west, 790.0 feet to a point; thence south 57 degrees 59
minutes east, 525.0 feet to a point; thence south 29 degrees 14
minutes east, 335.4 feet to a point; thence south 41 degrees 11
minutes east, 244.0 feet more or less to a point, said point also
being a point on the arc of a circular curve having a radius of
2,387.50 feet; thence southwestwardly along said circular curve to
the left, 999 feet more or less to the north line of Page
Boulevard; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Page
Boulevard 750.78 feet to the southwest corner of property now or
formerly owned by Volz Concrete Materials Company as recorded in
Deed Book 553, page 53 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the southern line of said Volz Concrete Company
property to the northwest right-of-way line of the St. Louis Belt
and Terminal Railroad (200 feet wide); thence northeastwardly
along said northwest right-of-way line to the southernmost corner
of property now or formerly owned by Sunshine Biscuits
Incorporated, as recorded in Deed Book 4603, page 264 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the western line of
said Sunshine Biscuits Incorporated property and continuing along

the western line of property now or formerly owned by Piper
Investment Company as recorded in Deed Book 4273, page 67 of the
St. Louis County Records, to the northwest corner of said Piper
Investment Company property in the southern line of a proposed
road (80 feet wide); thence northwardly in a straight line, across
said proposed road, to the southwest corner of property now or
formerly owned by P.N. Hirsch and Company as recorded in Deed Book
4154, page 338 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along the western line of said P.N. Hirsch and Company property to
the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Hirsch property to the southwest corner of property
now or formerly owned by Loughman Cabinet Company as recorded in
Deed Book 4466, page 291 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the western line of Loughman Cabinet Company
property to the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along
the north line of said Loughman Cabinet Company property to a
point 336.75 feet west of the west line of Walton Road (30 feet
wide) as measured along the north line of said Loughman Company
property; thence north 17 degrees 46 minutes east a distance of
199.24 feet to a point; thence north 36 degrees 26 minutes east a
distance of 430.0 feet to a point in the north line of 16.94 acre
tract now or formerly owned by the Trustees of the Principia as
recorded in Deed Book 992, page 238 of the St. Louis County
Records, said point being 107.59 feet west of the northeast corner
of said tract; thence north 36 degrees 26 minutes east a distance
of 233.0 feet to a point on the west line of Walton Road (30 feet

wide); thence northwardly along the west line of said Walton Road
to its intersection with the north line of a strip of land now or
formerly owned by the St. Louis Public Service Company, said north
line being 267 feet more or less south of the intersection of the
west line of Walton Road, 30 feet wide, with the southeast line of
Lackland Road, 60 feet wide; thence westwardly along said north
line and its western prolongation to the centerline of Lackland
Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of Lackland Road to
the centerline of Brown Road, 60 feet wide; thence southwestwardly
along the centerline of Brown Road to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the north line of Lot 116 of aforesaid
Lake View Hills Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and the north line of said Lot 116 to the northeast
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots
115, 114 and 113 of said Lake View Hills Subdivision the northeast
corner of said Lot 113; thence southwardly along the east line of
said Lake View Hills Subdivision to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 24, 1966.
