AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Operating Funds of the Creve Coeur-Frontenac
Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the costs of constructing a by-
pass sanitary sewer at the Maryhill Pump Station in the City of
Ladue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
the Creve Coeur-Frontenac Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the
costs of constructing a by-pass sanitary sewer at the Maryhill
Pump Station in the City of Ladue.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 7, 1966.
