AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Associates, Inc., for site improvements for the Coldwater Creek
Sewage Treatment Plant including walks, roadway, floodlights,
water services and other work.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Associates, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for site improvements for the Coldwater Creek
Sewage Treatment Plant including walks, roadway, floodlights,
water services and other work in St. Louis County for The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 23rd day of June, 1966 and formally executed on
the 6th day of July, 1966 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 7, 1966.
