AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easements, and has
given this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide, granted to
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by instrument recorded
in Book 5060, page 26 of the St. Louis County Records, and which
portion lies in Lot 21 of Ballas Woods, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, excepting therefrom those portions thereof
coincident with easements granted by the record plat of said
subdivision and by the instrument dated April 12, 1966, by the
Kodner Construction Co., Inc., and recorded in Book 5951 page 270
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 7, 1966.
