AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 299 (Sherwyn Lane
East) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 299 (Sherwyn Lane East).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 299
(Sherwyn Lane East) shall be as follows:
SHERWYN LANE EAST
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of lot
10 in Sherwyn Lane Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 60, page
26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the
east line of lots 10 and 12 in said subdivision and along the
northern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of
Sherwyn Lane (50 feet wide); thence westwardly and southwestwardly
along the centerline of said Sherwyn Lane to its intersection,
with the southeastern prolongation of the northeast line of lot 7
of said Sherwyn Lane Subdivision, thence northwestwardly along
said prolongation and along the northeast line of said lot 7 to
the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the west
line of said lot 7 and its prolongation southwardly to the
centerline of said Sherwyn Lane; thence northeastwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation
of the southwest line of aforesaid lot 10; thence southeastwardly
along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said lot
10 to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the
south line of said lot 10 to the southeast corner thereof, the
point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1966.
