AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 284 (Graham-
Nyflott) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 284 (Graham-Nyflott).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 284
(Graham-Nyflott) shall be as follows:

GRAHAM - NYFLOTT
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Graham Road with the western prolongation of the
south line of property now or formerly owned by Paul T. and G.A.
Gibson as recorded in Deed Book 5099, page 458 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and
along the south line of said Gibson property to the southeast
corner thereof; thence northwardly and parallel with the
centerline of Graham Road to the south line of a parcel conveyed
to John F. Forman as described in Deed Book 1559 page 592 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line
of the said Forman property and the extension westward thereof to
the centerline of Graham Road; thence northwardly along the
centerline of Graham Road to the intersection of the centerline of
Graham Road with the eastward extension of the north line of
Hanley Court Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 79, page 16 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said
extension and along the north line of the said Hanley Court
Subdivision to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly
along the west line of the said Hanley Court Subdivision and the
west property line of the Herbert W. Ransom property as described
in Book 3502, page 192 of the St. Louis County Records and the
southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of
Nyflott Avenue 40 feet wide; thence eastwardly along the
centerline of Nyflott Avenue to its intersection with the northern

extension of the west line of property conveyed to Madison Realty
Company as recorded in Book 5586, page 17 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said extension to the north line
of said Madison Realty Company; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Madison Realty Company property and along the eastern
prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Graham Road;
thence southwardly along the centerline of Graham Road to the
point of beginning.
