HomeMy Public PortalAbout01511 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1511 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 302 (Hazelwood Acres) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 302 (Hazelwood Acres). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 302 (Hazelwood Acres) shall be as follows: HAZELWOOD ACRES Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the east right-of-way line of Hazelwood Boulevard with the north line of Hazelwood Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 71, page 40 of the St. Louis County Record; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision to a northeast corner of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision a distance of 1080.81 feet more or less; thence southwardly along an east line of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision which is also the west line of a parcel conveyed to the C.P. Construction Company as recorded in Deed Book 5603, page 113 of the St. Louis County Records a distance of 121.61 feet to the southwest corner of said C.P. Construction Company parcel; thence eastwardly along south line of said C.P. Construction Company parcel a distance of 172.23 feet to a point; thence southwardly along the easternmost line of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision a distance of 219.78 feet to the southeast corner of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision; thence west- wardly along the south line of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision a distance of 1120.51 feet more or less to the intersection of the south line of said Hazelwood Acres Subdivision with the east right-of-way line of Hazelwood Boulevard; thence northwardly along a curve to the right having a radius of 1870.70 feet a distance of 366.82 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
