AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 303 (Ashby and
Clarendon) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 303 (Ashby and Clarendon).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 303
(Ashby and Clarendon) shall be as follows:
ASHBY AND CLARENDON
Beginning at a point on the existing boundary line of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, said point being on the
centerline of Ashby Road 8.41 feet north of the intersection of
Decker Avenue and said Ashby Road, thence westwardly and
northwardly along said Sewer District boundary line to its
intersection with the north line of Tower View as recorded in Plat
Book 19, page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Tower View to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 185 feet west of the
centerline of Ashby Road, said 185 feet being measured at right
angles to said centerline; thence northwardly along said parallel
line a distance of 195.73 feet to a point; thence eastwardly along
a line at right angles to the centerline of said Ashby Road, a
distance of 185 feet, to the centerline of said Ashby Road; thence
southwardly along the centerline of said Ashby Road to the point
of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1966.
