AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eight Thousand
Dollars ($108,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to be used for the costs of constructing a combined
sanitary and storm water sewer at Second and Poplar Streets in the
City of St. Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eight Thousand
Dollars ($108,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to be used for the
costs of constructing a combined sanitary and storm water sewer at
Second and Poplar Streets in the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1966.
