AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1115, adopted February 20, 1964, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 227 (Gravois-Sappington Trunk) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1115, adopted February 20,
1964 is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 227 (Gravois-Sappington Trunk), as set forth in
Section Two thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Gravois Road with the southern prolongation of
the east line of property now or formerly owned by Frank L.
Klein, Jr. and wife by deed recorded in Book 1612, Page 610
of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
said prolongation and along the east line of said Klein
property, which is also a west line of property now or
formerly owned by Emmenegger Development Corp. as recorded in
Deed Book 5585, Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, to
a south line of said Emmenegger property; thence westwardly
along said south line of Emmenegger property to the
westernmost line of said property; thence northwardly along
said westernmost line to the northwest corner thereof; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Emmenegger property a
distance of 238.68 feet to a point; thence south 0 degrees 55

minutes west a distance of 48.42 feet, more or less to the
northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Albert
Slamp and wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3840, Page 214 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the
north line of said Slamp property to the northeast corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said Slamp
property and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline
of Gravois Road; thence southwestwardly along the centerline
of Gravois Road to the point of beginning,
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1115 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 227
shall be as follows:

GRAVOIS-SAPPINGTON TRUNK
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the centerline of Gravois
Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the northern
prolongation of the east line of Block 5 of Sunset Club Court, as
recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line
of said Block 5 to the northernmost corner of Lot 10 in said Block
5; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of Lots 10 and
9 in said Block 5 and continuing along the southwestern
prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline of Sunset
Drive; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Sunset
Drive to the centerline of Parkway Drive; thence southwestwardly
along the centerline of said Parkway Drive to its intersection
with the southeastern prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 10
in Block 2 of said Sunset Club Court; thence northwestwardly along
said prolongation and along the northeast line of said Lot 10 to
the northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence westwardly along the
north line of Lots 10 thru 16 in said Block 2 and along the
western prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Geyer
Road; thence northwardly along the centerline of Geyer Road across
Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline of Denny Road; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of said Denny Road to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of
Park Hill Cemetery, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 57 of the St.

Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation
and the east line of said Cemetery Property to the northeast
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the eastern prolongation
of the north line of said Cemetery to the east line of Parkholm
Road; thence eastwardly along a straight line to the southwest
corner of Lot 1 of the Subdivision of the Fred W. Wohlschlaeger
Tract, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 132 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of Lots 1
thru 5 in said Wohlschlaeger Tract to the northwest corner of said
Lot 5; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 5 to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 250 feet west of the
centerline of Sappington Road; thence northwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with the western prolongation of
the north line of property now or formerly owned by Ilma Wallach,
as recorded in Deed Book 1919, Page 489 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the
north line of said Wallach Property to the northeast corner
thereof, said point also being the northwest corner of Tealridge
Plat No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 103, Pages 4 and 5 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of
said Tealridge Plat No. 2 and continuing along the western line of
Tealridge Plat No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 32 and
33 of the St. Louis County Records to the southwest corner of said
Tealridge Plat No. 3; thence eastwardly along the southernmost
line of said Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot A as shown
on the recorded Plat of said Tealridge Plat No. 3; thence

northwardly along the east line of said Lot "A" to the northeast
corner thereof; thence eastwardly, northwardly and eastwardly
along a southern, eastern and southern line of said Tealridge Plat
No. 2 Subdivision and continuing along the southern line of
Tealridge Plat No. 1 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 98,
Page 92 of the St. Louis County Records to the northwest corner of
property now or formerly owned by Emmenegger Development
Corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 5585, Page 453 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the westernmost
line of said Emmenegger Property a distance of 204.33 feet to a
southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along a south line of
said Emmenegger Property a distance of 137.96 feet to a west line
of said Emmenegger Property, which is also the east line of
property now or formerly owned by Frank L. Klein, Jr. and wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 1612, Page 610 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Klein
Property and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of
Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along said centerline to the
centerline of Emil Avenue; thence southwardly along the centerline
of Emil Avenue to its intersection with the eastern prolongation
of the north line of Lot 4 of the Thos. J. Sappington Estate
Subdivision in Partition, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 33 of
the St. Louis County Records, said north line being also the
centerline of a 30 feet wide private road; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 4 to the
northeast corner of Westminster Estates Subdivision, as recorded

in Plat Book 58, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along an eastern, southern and eastern line of said
Westminister Estates Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 22
in said Subdivision, said point also being on the west line of Lot
6 in the Thos. J. Sappington Estate Subdivision in Partition;
thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 6 and its
southern prolongation to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard;
thence westwardly and northwestwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1966.
