AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 306 (Eggling
Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 306 (Eggling Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 306
(Eggling Lane) shall be as follows:
EGGLING LANE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Eggling Lane (a private lane) with the western
prolongation of the northern line of property now or formerly
owned by Harry A. and Emma M. Bowman as recorded in Deed Book
2413, page 52 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly
along said western prolongation and said northern line of said
Bowman property to the northeast corner thereof; thence
southwardly along the eastern line of said Bowman property and
continuing along the southern prolongation of said eastern line of
said Bowman property to the southeast corner of property now or
formerly owned by Ralph T. and Marguerite M. Hasekamp as recorded
in Deed Book 2411, page 552 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence westwardly along the southern line of said Hasekamp
property and its prolongation westwardly to the centerline of said
Eggling Lane; thence northwardly along the centerline of said
Eggling Lane to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1966.
