AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty-seven dollars and fifteen cents ($12,967.15) from the
Operating Funds of the Creve Coeur-Frontenac Trunk Subdistrict to
be used for the costs of constructing an outfall sanitary sewer to
serve Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street) in the
City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty-seven dollars and fifteen cents ($12,967.15) is hereby
appropriated from the Operating Funds of the Creve Coeur-Frontenac
Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the costs of constructing an
outfall sanitary sewer to serve Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and
Old Olive Street) in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1966.
