AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 309 (Sappington
and Westminster Estates) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 309 (Sappington and Westminster Estates).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 309
(Sappington and Westminster Estates) shall be as follows:

SAPPINGTON AND WESTMINSTER ESTATES
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the centerline of Gravois
Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Gravois Road
to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the
northeast line of property now or formerly owned by Norwin G. and
Shirley H. Heimos as recorded in Deed Book 4428, page 321 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the northeast line of said Heimos property
to the southeasternmost corner of said property, which is also a
point on the north line of Westminster Estates as recorded in Plat
Book 58, page 36 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along said north line to the southwest corner of lot 9
in said subdivision; thence northeastwardly along the northwest
line of said lot 9 to the northernmost corner thereof; thence
eastwardly along the north line of lots 10 and 11 in said
Westminster Estates to the northeast corner of said lot 11; thence
southwardly along the east line of lots 12 thru 18 in said
subdivision to the southeast corner of said lot 18; thence
westwardly along the south line of lots 18 thru 20 in said
Westminster Estates to the southwest corner of said lot 20; thence
southwardly along the east line of lot 22 in said subdivision to
the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly, northwestwardly
and southwestwardly along the southern lines of lots 22 thru 25 in
said Westminster Estates to the southwest corner of said lot 25;
thence northwardly along the west line of lot 26 in said

subdivision to the south line lot 4 in Ington Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 49, page 45 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence westwardly along the southern line of said lot 4 and the
western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Sappington Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of
Sappington Road to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence
northwestwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the
point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1966.
