AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement hereby vacated, to wit:
A triangular portion of the ten (10) foot wide easement
across Lot 40 in Amended Windsor Subdivision in City Block
6420, City of St. Louis, Missouri, which triangular portion
is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwest line of such easement,
which point is 11.5 feet southwest of the intersection of
such northwest line and the southeast lot line of aforesaid
Lot 40; thence southwestwardly, along a line parallel with
said southeast lot line, a distance of 4.5 feet to a point;
thence northwestwardly, at right angles, a distance of 2 feet
to the intersection with aforesaid northwest line of
easement; thence northeastwardly along said northwest line of
easement, a distance of approximately 5 feet, to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1966.
