AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That triangular portion of the easement five (5) feet
wide over the west five (5) feet of Lot 6 of Aliceton Acres, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 118, page 28 of the St. Louis County
Records, which triangular portion is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the eastern line of aforesaid five
(5) foot wide easement, which point is 38 feet south of the
intersection of said east line of easement with the southern
line of Hollymont Drive (50 feet wide); thence westwardly in
a straight line a distance of 2.5 feet to a point which is
2.98 feet east of the west line of aforesaid Lot 6, measured
perpendicularly thereto at a point thereon, which point is
30.225 feet south of the intersection of such west lot line
with the southern line of aforesaid Hollymont Drive; thence
southeastwardly in a straight line, a distance of 8 feet, to
its intersection with the aforesaid east line of easement, at
a point which is 47 feet, more or less, south of the
intersection of said east line of easement with the southern
line of Hollymont Drive; thence northwardly, along said east
line of easement, a distance of 9 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1966.
