AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement ten (10) feet wide over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lot 36, Ramsgate Estates Plat No.
1, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 115 pages 44 and 45 of
the St. Louis County records, which portion is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said 10 foot wide
easement, which point is 60 feet east of the intersection of
such north line with the east line of Cantabrian Court (50
feet wide), measured along such north line; thence
southwardly, at right angles, a distance of 3 feet to a
point; thence eastwardly, at right angles, a distance of 25
feet to a point; thence northwardly, at right angles, a
distance of 3 feet to its intersection with aforesaid north
line of easement; thence westwardly, along said north line of
easement, to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1966.
