AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Personnel Department to be used for contractual services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund and appropriated to the Personnel Department
to be used for contractual services.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1966.
