AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 305 (Warson and
Kingsbrook) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 305 (Warson and Kingsbrook).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 305
(Warson and Kingsbrook) shall be as follows:
WARSON AND KINGSBROOK
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Warson Road with the western prolongation of the
south line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph R. and
Ethel M. Johnson as recorded in Deed Book 1004, page 84 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation
and along the south line of said Johnson property to the southeast
corner of said property, said point also being a point on the west
line of Kingsbrook Acres as recorded in Plat Book 85, page 26 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west
line of said Kingsbrook Acres and continuing along the northern
prolongation of said west line to the north line of property now
or formerly owned by Betty L. Lungstraus as recorded in Deed Book
5777, page 447 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the north line of said Lungstraus property and its
prolongation westwardly to the centerline of Warson Road; thence
southwardly along the centerline of said Warson Road to the point
of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1966.
