AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the Village of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement six (6) feet wide, the center line of
which is the common lot line of Lots 313 and 315 of Coach Light
Village Plat No. 4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 108, page 54
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
southwestern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1966.
