AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A parcel of ground in Lot 15 Block 6482 (formerly City Blocks
4870 and 4871) of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, being the
southeastern part of the 30 feet by 45 feet, plus or minus,
sewer easement established by instrument recorded in Book
1888, page 9, CITY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI RECORDER'S OFFICE,
which southeastern part of said easement is described as
being all that part thereof lying southeast of a ten (10)
foot wide easement over the northwest ten (10) feet of such
Lot 15 of "Manchester Industrial Park", a subdivision of the
City of St. Louis as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
33, pages 34 to 37 inclusive, of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, Recorder's office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1966.
