AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northern six (6) feet of the easement fifteen (15)
feet wide over the southern fifteen (15) feet of Lot 202,
Ridgewood Plat 4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57 page 4 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1966.
