Home My Public Portal About01560 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1560 AN ORDINANCE appropriating $57,000.00 from the Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase of special tax bills issued under Ordinance No. 1520 for the improvement in Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and authorizing and directing the Executive Director to make such purchase. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars ($57,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase of special tax bills issued under Ordinance No. 1520 for the improvement in Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to make such purchase of special tax bills using said funds for such purpose. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1966.
