as town treasure.
Motion by Okones second by Ross to approve bond of L.J. Groninga
and John Beving, carried.
On motion council adjourned untill 7.30 P. M.

sewer andstreet comissinor.

Llleeting time -was set as first Ylonday of each month at 7.30 P.M.
from Oct 1 to May 1, and 8.00 P.M. from May 1 to Oct 1.
Motion by Okones second by Huisman that clerk be instructed
pay routine bills during month, carried.
Motion by Okones second by Ross that John E. Riekena be appoint d
town clerk, carried.
Motion by Ross second by Gelders that part of ordinace no 112
be changed to read (CLERK -That the Town clerk shall receive
the sum of $50.00 per month, carried.

and Raymond Riebkes as park commIssnors be approved, carried.
Motion by Ross second by Huisman that bonds of Fred Potter
John E. Riekena be approved, carried.

Motion by Ross second byGelders that Dr. Peck be appointed town
health officer, carried.
Common labor rate was set at $1.25 per hr.
Motion by Gelders second by Okones byhat Peoples Saving Bank
be made depoistory for town for asum not to exceed #$40,000.00
carried.
On motion council voted to make J. L. Fischer suppervisor officer
of town with J. W Ross as assAt, carried.
Motion by Okones second by Ross that Eldon Huisman be appointed
town legal officer, at aretainfdr�of 010.00 per year, carried.
Motion by aftabd Okones second by Ross to file treasures
report, carried.
Motion by Fischer second by Okones to appropate the folling funds.
