AN ORDINANCE transferring the sum of Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Equipment Depreciation Fund and appropriating
the same sum from the Equipment Depreciation Fund to the
Maintenance Department to be used for replacing vehicles and
equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Equipment Depreciation Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Equipment Depre-
ciation Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for
replacing vehicles and equipment.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1966.
