AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement fifteen (15) feet wide over the western
seven and a half (7 1/2) feet of Lot 253 and
the eastern seven and a half (7 1/2) feet of
Lot 254 of Whitney Chase Plat 5, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 117 page 35 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the southern
seven and one-half feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1966.
