AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1038 adopted October 4, 1963, as amended by Ordinance No. 1123
adopted March 12, 1964 and Ordinance No. 1544 adopted October 27,
1966, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 194 (Kenneth
and Elrath) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1038, adopted October 4,
1963, as amended by Ordinance No. 1123 adopted March 12, 1964, and
Ordinance No. 1544 adopted October 27, 1966, is hereby amended by
eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 194 (Kenneth
and Elrath) as set forth in Section Two of Ordinance No. 1038 as
amended, the area described as follows:
A parcel of ground now or formerly owned by George F.
and Mary Gosejohann as recorded in Deed Book
1745 page 28 of the St. Louis County Records,
for the reason that the Board of Trustees
finds that such property would not be
benefited by the sewer facilities constructed
in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1038 as
hereby amended shall read as follows:
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 194
(Kenneth and Elrath) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of St. Charles Rock Road and the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwestwardly along said centerline
of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with a line parallel
with the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road and 230 feet
southwest of the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road, said 230
feet being measured at right angles thereto; thence
northwestwardly along said parallel line to the western line of
Lot 6 of the Partition of Erastus Post Estate; thence northwardly
along said western line of Lot 6 and its prolongation northwardly
to the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road, said point being 600
feet more or less west of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard as
measured along the centerline of said St. Charles Rock Road;
thence northwestwardly along said centerline to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the east line of property now or
formerly owned by Fee Fee Baptist Church as recorded in Deed Book
2565, page 168 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along said prolongation and along the east line of said Church
property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 230
feet southwest of the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road; thence
northwestwardly along said parallel line to a point 110 feet east
of the east line of Raymond Avenue, said 110 feet being measured

along said parallel line; thence northwardly along a straight line
to the southeast corner of property now or formerly owned by
George F. and Mary Gosejohann as recorded in Deed Book 1745, page
28 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the
eastern line of said Gosejohann property and continuing along the
northern prolongation of said eastern line to the centerline of
St. Charles Rock Road; thence northwestwardly along said
centerline of St. Charles Rock Road to its intersection with the
southwestern prolongation of the northwest line of property now or
formerly owned by Oliver W. and Elizabeth Branneky as recorded in
Deed Book 2304, page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, said
prolongation crosses the northern line of St. Charles Rock Road at
a point 206.41 feet west of the west line of Fee Fee Road; thence
northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northwest
line of said Branneky property and continuing along the eastern
line of property conveyed to Walter H. Branneky and wife by deed
recorded in Book 2311, page 17 of said Recorder's office, to the
northeast corner of said Walter H. Branneky property; thence
westwardly along the northern line of said Walter H. Branneky
property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 200
feet westwardly of the centerline of Fee Fee Road, said point also
being on the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District; thence northeastwardly along said boundary line to
the south line of Lot 4 of the Subdivision of Long Farm as
recorded in Plat Book 1 on page 12 of the St. Louis County

Records; thence southeastwardly along a straight line, said line
running from the point of intersection of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District boundary and the south line of said Lot 4 of
the Subdivision of Long Farm to a point on the northeastern
prolongation of the centerline of Ravenna Avenue, distant 400 feet
northeast of the centerline of Elrath Avenue, as measured along
said northeastern prolongation, across Fee Fee Road to the east
line of the property now or formerly owned by the R-3 School
District (Pattonville), as recorded in Deed Book 2297 on page 588
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said
east line and its prolongation southwardly to its intersection
with the centerline of Elrath Avenue; thence southeastwardly along
the centerline of Elrath Avenue to its intersection with the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence eastwardly along a
straight line to the northwest corner of Lot 31 in Block D of
Wellston Heights Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 1
of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Lot 31 to the northeast corner thereof; thence south-
westwardly along the southeast line of said Wellston Heights
Subdivision and its prolongation southwestwardly to the centerline
of St. Charles Rock Road; thence northwestwardly along said
centerline to the point of beginning.
Section Three. An emergency exists within the meaning
of the Plan in that the improvement is Subdistrict No. 194
(Kenneth & Elrath) is complete but cannot be paid for in special

tax bills or placed in operation until the area to be assessed is
confined to the area benefited by the improvement. Accordingly,
this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1966.
