Home My Public Portal About01577 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1577 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for the District's pro rata share of costs of improving Pardee Lane, an access road abutting the site of the Crestwood-Webster Sewage Treatment Plant. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for the District's pro rata share of costs of improving Pardee Lane, an access road abutting the site of the Crestwood- Webster Sewage Treatment Plant. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1967.
