AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement of varying widths in City Block 761 of
the City of St. Louis, Missouri which
easement was granted by the Louisa Investment
Company to the City of St. Louis for sewer
purposes by instrument dated November 5, 1947
and recorded in Book 6652 page 229 of the
City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1967.
