AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) from the Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the cost of an outfall sanitary
sewer to serve Ridgeview Hills and Reav-Tel Manor Subdivisions in
south St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating
Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the
cost of an outfall sanitary sewer to serve Ridgeview Hills and
Reav-Tel Manor Subdivisions in south St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1967.
