AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of a sewer easement in
the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the east five (5)
feet of Lot 7 and the west five (5) feet of
Lot 6 of Log Cabin Estates, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 97 page 43
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom those portions thereof which are
coincident with a ten (10) foot wide easement
granted by instrument recorded in Book 1412
page 525 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 2, 1967.
