AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement described in Ordinance No. 498 of the
City of Webster Groves and recorded in Book 197 page 292 of the
St. Louis County Records and lying within Lot 1, Block 11, of Old
Orchard Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3 page 13 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 2, 1967.
