AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1522, adopted August 12, 1966, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 307 (Eggling and East Watson) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District,
WHEREAS, certain land contiguous to the present area of
Subdistrict No. 307 (Eggling and East Watson) is capable of being
efficiently served by the proposed subdistrict sewers and the
owners thereof have requested that such land be included in said
Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1522, adopted August 12,
1966, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict No. 307 (Eggling
and East Watson) as bounded in Section Two thereof, the area
described as follows:
Lots A and B of Bradbury Estates, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 119, page 93 of
the St. Louis County Records, for the reason that the Board
of Trustees finds that such additional area is within the
area capable of being efficiently served by the proposed
sewer facilities to be constructed in such Subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1522,
as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 307
(Eggling and East Watson) shall be as follows:

EGGLING AND EAST WATSON
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of East Watson Road with the centerline of Eggling
Lane (a private lane); thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Eggling Lane to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the southern line of property now or
formerly owned by Elmer R. and Evelyn Maurath as recorded in
Deed Book 4537, page 31 of the St. Louis County Records:
thence eastwardly along said prolongation and said southern
line of said Maurath property to the southeast corner
thereof; thence northwardly along the eastern line of said
Maurath property to its intersection with a line parallel to
and 220 feet south of the centerline of said East Watson
Road, said 220 feet being measured at right angles to said
centerline; thence eastwardly along said parallel line a
distance of 150 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a
line at right angles to the centerline of said East Watson
Road, a distance of 220 feet, to the centerline of said East
Watson Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said
East Watson Road to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the eastern line of property now or formerly
owned by George E. and Marie E. Fleiss as recorded in Deed
Book 4131, page 11 of the St. Louis County Records; thence

northwardly along said southern prolongation and continuing
along the eastern line of said Fleiss property to the
northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along northern
line of said Fleiss property and continuing along the
northern line of property now or formerly owned by Amanda
Hennerich, Paul A. Hennerich, Jr., and Opal F. Hennerich as
recorded in Deed Book 5688, page 593 of the St. Louis County
Records, and the north line of Lot B of Bradbury Estates as
recorded in Plat Book 119, page 93 of the St. Louis County
Records, and said north lines prolongation to the centerline
of Walter Midway Drive; thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Walter Midway to the centerline of
aforesaid East Watson Road; thence eastwardly along the
centerline of said East Watson Road to the point of
beginning.
