AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by instrument recorded in Book
3949 page 160 of the St. Louis County Records and lying within Lot
A of Lockbriar, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73 page 6 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the northern
five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 17, 1967.
