AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The east three (3) feet of the west eight (8) feet of the
north thirty (30) feet of Lot 1, Block 3 of West Bemiston, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 page 95 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1967.
