AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Maintenance Department to be used for the purchase of
automotive inlet cleaning equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) is appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for the
purchase of automotive inlet cleaning equipment.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 15, 1967.
