AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of a sewer easement in
the Town of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the easement ten (10) feet wide granted by
instrument recorded in Book 4996 page 132 of the St. Louis
County Records, and lying between the northeastern line of
Cypress Village Drive (60 feet wide) and the southern line of
Banks Road (50 feet wide), excepting therefrom those portions
coincident with a ten (10) foot wide easement granted by the
Amended Dedication Plat of Cypress Village Drive, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 118 pages 80 and 81 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 15, 1967.
