AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northeast one and one-half (1-1/2) feet of the
easement seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet wide over the southwest
seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet of Lot 265 of St. Gerard Park
North Plat 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 113 pages 4
and 5 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
southeastern seven and one half feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1967.
