AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by The Mayfred Corporation by
instrument dated August 17, 1966 and recorded in Book 6085 page
423 of the St. Louis County Records and lying over the southwest
2-1/2 feet and the southern 5 feet of Lot 145 of Paddock Forest
Plat 1, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 119 pages 52 and 53 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the portion of
easement over the northern 7-1/2 feet of such lot.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1967.
