AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance
No. 1417, adopted November 18, 1965, and revising the boundaries
of Subdistrict No. 289 (Black Oaks South) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1417, adopted November 18,
1965, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries
of Subdistrict No. 289 (Black Oaks South), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot
16 in Black Oaks, Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book
78, page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along a straight line to the northeast
corner of Lot 172 of Northland Hills Number 8, Plat 2,
as recorded in Plat Book 106, page 2 and 3 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north
line of Lots 172 through 175 of said subdivision to the
northwest corner of said Lot 175; thence northwardly
along a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 13
of said Black Oaks, Plat Two; thence eastwardly along
the south line of Lots 14 and 15 in said Black Oaks,
Plat Two, to the point of beginning,
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be

constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1417 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 289
(Black Oaks South) shall be as follows:

BLACK OAKS SOUTH
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot
40 of Black Oaks, Plat One, as recorded in Plat Book 75, page 15
of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north
line of Lots 40 and 39 of said Subdivision to the northeast corner
of said Lot 39; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot
39 and the southern prolongation thereof to the centerline of
Harneywold Drive, 50 feet wide; thence eastwardly along the
centerline of Harneywold Drive to its intersection with the
northerly prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 41 of said Black
Oaks, Plat One; thence southwardly along said prolongation and
along the eastern line of said Lot 41 to the southeast corner of
said Lot 41; said point also being the northwest corner of Lot 44
of Black Oaks, Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 78, page 16 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the northern
line of Lot 44 through 52 of said Black Oaks, Plat Two, to the
northeast corner of said Lot 52; thence southwardly along the
eastern line of said Lot 52 to the northwest corner of Lot 53 in
said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the northern line of
said Lot 53 to the northeast corner of said Lot 53; thence
southeastwardly in a straight line across Harneywold Drive, 50
feet wide, to the northwest corner of Lot 25 of said Black Oaks,
Plat Two; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 25 to
the northeast corner of said Lot 25; thence southwardly along the
east line of Lots 25 and 24 of said subdivision to the southeast
corner of said Lot 24; thence westwardly along the south line of

Lots 24 through 12 of said Subdivision to the southwest corner of
Lot 12; thence northwardly along the west line of Lot 12 of said
Subdivision to the intersection of the west line of Lot 12 and the
south line of Lot 11 of said Subdivision; thence westwardly along
the south line of Lot 11 of said Subdivision to the southwest
corner of Lot 11; thence northwardly along the west line of said
Lot 11 to the northwest corner of said Lot 1, which point is also
the southwest corner of Lot 10 of aforesaid Black Oaks, Plat One;
thence northwardly along the west line of Lots 10 through 8 of
said Black Oaks Plat One to the northwest corner of said Lot 8;
thence northwardly in a straight line across Harneywold Drive, 50
feet wide, to the southwest corner of Lot 40 of said Subdivision;
thence northwardly along the west line of Lot 40 to the northwest
corner of Lot 40 of Black Oaks, Plat One, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1967.
