AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement
together with that portion of sewer lying therein in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
sewer lying therein and this District has no further need for such
portion of easement or sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement, together with that portion of sewer lying therein, is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The southern forty (40) feet of the easement over the former
north-south alley in the southern part of City Block
464E of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, together with
that portion of sewer lying therein.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1967.
