AN ORDINANCE, transferring unappropriated anticipated
general revenue of the Mississippi River Subdistrict for the
current fiscal year in the sum of Four Million Dollars
($4,000,000.00) from the General Fund of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict to the Construction Fund for the Mississippi River
Subdistrict, and appropriating the same sum from the Construction
Fund for the Mississippi River Subdistrict to be used for the
construction of pollution control facilities and expenses
necessarily incidental thereto.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Dollars
($4,000,000.00) in unappropriated anticipated general revenue of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1967, is transferred from the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the Construction Fund for the Mississippi
River Subdistrict.
Section Two. The same sum is hereby appropriated from
the Construction Fund for the Mississippi River Subdistrict to be
used for the construction of pollution control facilities in the
Subdistrict and expenses necessarily incidental thereto.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 2, 1967.
