AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Maintenance Department for capital outlay for the purchase
of a three-quarter yard backhoe.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department for
capital outlay for the purchase of a three-quarter yard backhoe.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1967.
