AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-Three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Maintenance Department for capital outlay
for the fabrication and installation of four discharge siphons for
the No. 2 River des Peres Pumping Station.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department for capital outlay for the fabrication and installation
of four discharge siphons for the No. 2 River des Peres Pumping
Station.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1967.
