AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 310 (Nor-Lakes
Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 310 (Nor-Lakes Subtrunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 310
(Nor-Lakes Subtrunk) shall be as follows:

NOR-LAKES SUBTRUNK
Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast corner of Lot
5 in Block 8 of Ben-Avis Park as recorded in Plat Book 3 on page
34 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the
east line of said Lot 5 to the southeast corner thereof; thence
southwardly in a straight line across Glade Avenue to the
northeast corner of Lot 8 in Block 7 of said Ben-Avis Park; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 8 to the southeast
corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot
8 to the southwest corner thereof; thence southwestwardly in a
straight line across Gillette Avenue to the southeast corner of
Lot 5 in Block 6 of said Ben-Avis Park; thence westwardly along
the southern line of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in said Block 6 to the
southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence northwardly along the west
line of said Lot 8 to the northwest corner thereof; thence
northwardly along a straight line across Glade Avenue to the
southwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 8 of said Ben-Avis Park; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Lot 1 to the northwest
corner thereof, said point also being on a southern line of
property now or formerly owned by Nor-Lakes Golf Club
Incorporated, as recorded in Deed Book 4921, page 245 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the southern line of
said Nor-Lakes Golf Club Incorporated, property to the southwest
corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line of said
Nor-Lakes property to the southern building or floodway re-

servation line of Maline Creek as established by Ordinance No. 121
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, recorded in Deed
Book 3755, page 110 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the southern line of said Maline Creek building
or floodway reservation to the eastern line of said Nor-Lakes Golf
Club Incorporated property; thence southwardly along the east line
of said property to the southeast corner thereof in the north line
of Block 8 of said Ben-Avis Park; thence eastwardly along the
north line of said Block 8 to the northeast corner of Lot 5 in
Block 8, the point of beginning.
