AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 317 (Lindbergh
and Golterman) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 317 (Lindbergh and Golterman).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 317
(Lindbergh and Golterman) shall be as follows:
LINDBERGH AND GOLTERMAN
Beginning at a point of intersection of the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard with the centerline of Golterman Drive; thence
northwardly along the centerline of said Golterman Drive to its
intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of
property now or formerly owned by Junelee Jessen Latimore as
recorded in Deed Book 2188, page 361 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the
north line of said Latimore property to the northeast corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said Latimore
property South 00 degrees 26 minutes West 79.63 feet to a point;
thence South 06 degrees 48 minutes west 2.65 feet to the southeast
corner of sa!d Lat|more property; thence southeastwardly and
parallel with the centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard to the
east line of property now or formerly owned by Oliver F. and
Eloise C. Winheim by Daily Number 109 on April 8, 1959 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of
said Winheim property and its prolongation southwardly to the
centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwestwardly
along the centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline
of Golterman Drive, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 1967. -2-
