AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has furnished
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by Ignatius Herbst and Adele L.
Herbst, his wife, by instrument dated May 6, 1964, and recorded in
Book 5522, page 186 of the St. Louis County Records, which
easement and property of Herbst lie in U.S. Survey 173, St.
Ferdinand Commonfields, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 1967.
